Order Information:

    Minimum Order

  • We would prefer a minimum order of $105 (42 cards).
  • Please order designs in multiples of six.
  • If these levels cause a hardship we are flexible and want to meet your needs.

    • Payment Terms

  • First time orders require payment by credit card. We take Visa/MC. Your card will be charged at the time of shipment for order amount plus freight.
  • If your order is placed with one of our sales representatives terms of Net 30 will be at their discretion.
  • Existing customers will receive terms of Net 30 days. Submission of a credit sheet would be appreciated.

    • Shipping Information

  • All orders will be shipped USPS Priority Mail.
  • If you want order shipped another way please let us know and we will do that for you. If you want it shipped charged to your account please provide account information.
  • Due to the custom nature of our designs we require 3 week delivery time frame on orders.

    • Returns

  • Returns must be authorized with your sales rep or Scaredy Cat Studio.
  • Custom greeted cards cannot be returned unless there is shipping damage or design flaws.

    • Custom Greetings

  • Any of our cards can be custom greeted.
  • If you want a specific greeting on a card please write it on the order form next to the card and we will do it for you. If you want any of our cards blank we can do that as well.
